On-site Support, $60 per hour

The Universal One Publishing On-site Support Plan offers on-site suppport to clients in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area.  An experienced Systems Analyst/Trainer will be assigned to your account and visit your business regularly to provide computer support in the areas of computer operations, maintenance, web services, training, computer lab development, and other computer-related tasks. 

Our on-site support is offered in nine (9) packages.  Select the one that is best for you and your business.

• 1 monthly on-site support call for 2 hours - purchase 2 hours
• 1 monthly on-site support call for 3 hours - purchase 3 hours
• 1 monthly on-site support call for 4 hours - purchase 4 hours
• 2 monthly on-site support calls for 2 hours each - purchase 4 hours
• 2 monthly on-site support calls for 3 hours each - purchase 6 hours
• 2 monthly on-site support calls for 4 hours each - purchase 8 hours
• weekly support calls for 2 hours each - purchase 8 hours
• weekly support calls for 3 hours each - purchase 12 hours
• weekly support calls for 4 hours each - purchase 16 hours

Travel costs

• 0 to 20 miles from Mount Airy, Maryland = $0
• 20 to 40 miles from Mount Airy, Maryland = $30 per visit
• More than 40 miles from Mount Airy, Maryland = $60 per visit

It is at our discretion whether or not to accept on-site contracts.
